Use MO2 to install all your F4SE mods and those folders will be created normally. Great, now my game crashes when loading a save. Main reason to do that at all, is to see if a mod has shipped with outdated F4SE scripts, and is overwriting them. Install it manually, re-zip the entire Scripts folder, and install that through MO2.
